Malakat education hub

Section 1: Malakat Seller Registration

1. Go to Malakat Education Hub and then click “Signup“.

2. Click on “Vendor” to register as vendor.

3. Fill in all the required fields and then click “REGISTER“.

4. You will be re-direct to the main dashboard of the system.


1. Login into Malakat Education Hub main dashboard.

2. On the left side, click on the “Store” menu.

3. You will be re-direct into the main store management page.

4. Click on the purple button “Add Store“.

5. Fill in all the required fields.
6. Click on the “Submit” button on the below.

7. The green notice “Data saved successfully” will appear at the top.
8. Your new store will appear at the “Store Management” section with the default status “Pending


3-1: Add Product Into Store

1. Login into Malakat Educational Hub dashboard.
2. Go to “Store“.
3. Make sure that the store that you want to add product status is “Approved“.

4. Choose the store you want to update.
5. Click on the circle icon under “Action“.

6. Click on the “Product” from the left side menu.
7. Click on the “Product List“.

8. You will be directed to the product page.

9. Click on the “Add” button.

10. Fill in the product setting details required.
11. Choose your store.
12. Click “Submit” button.

13. After that, continue to fill in the required fields for product details.

14. Click on the “Submit” button when completed.

15. Click on the “Product List” on the left side menu.

16. You will be directed into the product page.
17. You can find the list of your product here.

3-2: Add Product Image

1. Choose your product.
2. Click on the circle purple to Add Image Product.

3. Click on the button “Upload Image“.

4. Click on the “Upload Image” button at the left corner.
5. Choose your image to be uploaded.

6. Wait for the image being uploaded.
7. Once completed, click on the “Submit” button.

8. The green notice will appear “Product Image Uploaded successfully“.
9. You edit, delete or re-arranged your uploaded product here.


4-1: Save Variant Product

1. Click on the “Product” menu on the left.
2. You will directed to the product page.

3. Fill in the product setting.
4. Click “Submit” when done.

5. Continue fill in the required details of the product.

6. Choose the product variant such as “Color” and “Material“.
7. Click “Submit” button when completed.

4-2: Add New Variant

1. Click on the “Add Variant” button.

2. Fill in the required variant details for each product.

3. Add product attribute ‘Description‘ and ‘Short Description‘.
4. Click “Submit” when done.

4-3: Add Variant Product Image

1. Click on “Product List” at the left side menu.

2. Click on the purple icon in the middle to add image.

3. Click “Upload Image” button.

4. Click on the “Upload Image” and choose your image to be uploaded.
5. Click “Submit” button when done.

6. The green notice will appear ” Product Image uploaded successfully“.
7. All the products images can be found here. You can edit, delete and change the sequence here.

8. Click on “Product” to view product list.


5-1: Change the product status

This will show how to change the product status from “Pending” to “Active“.

1. Click on the circle icon to edit

2. Make sure that you already uploaded the Product Image before changing the product status.
3. You can change the product status into “Active” here. 

4. Click button “Submit” after done.
5. Click button “OK” after successfully updated.

5-2: View the product status

1. Click on the “Product List” from the left menu.

2. You can check the status of the product that had been uploaded here.


6-1: View New Order

1. Login into Malakat Educational Hub main dashboard.
2. Click on “Manage Order“.

3. Click on “Order

4. You can get the list of orders here.

6-2: View paid orders and set the shipping

1. Click on the circle purple icon to manage.

2. You can find the order details here.
3. At the top right corner, seller can choose whether to CANCEL or to SHIP the order. 

4. Below the “Order Details” is “Product in The Order” by the customer.

5. Click on the “Ship Now” button to set the shipping details.

6. Fill in the required shipping details here.
7. Click on “Submit” button when done.

8. The green notice will appear “Order Status Updated Successfully“.
9. The Status of the order also will change into “Shipped“.
