Selling & Billing

In order to view active sales, make sure you already login into malakat.com, if you still didn’t have an account, kindly click HERE. If you are a registered user, please proceed to log in to your Malakat account.

If you have registered by Facebook click on  Connect with Facebook button, if you have registered by Google click on  Connect with Google button else please fill in your email address and password and enter by clicking on login, refer to the attachment. 

Before start selling, make sure you have updated your profile completely, kindly click HERE to update your profile. 

Click on the Active Sales at the sidebar. To view the active sales kindly click HERE, or refer to the attachment. After your product has been ordered, the status of the product will be changed to processing, refer to the attachment.

It’s time to update the Order Status. To update the order status, kindly click on the Details button, refer to the attachment.

You may also filter the list of sales based on payment status. You may also search based on sales id

On the details page, you will able to view the invoice of the products, you may also update the order status by clicking on the Update Order Status button, refer to the attachment.

You may change the status from Processing > Shipped, and enter the tracking code along with the tracking URL, kindly click on the Submit button when you are done, refer to the attachment.

You may also view the summary of the shipping, refer to the attachment.
